Boats Running Aground in Maui
December 3, 2023 - Possibly a growing trend: boats running aground in Maui. Last February, it was a luxury yacht in Honolua Bay on the Upper West Side. This week it's an old fishing boat on Sugar Beach in Kihei. The yacht was eventually towed and scuttled offshore. Who knows what will become of the old trawler. Catch it while you can!
